FDM Printing
A heated nozzle traces each layer in molten thermoplastic. It is the most versatile process we run, and the right answer for almost anything that has to be strong, large or affordable.
Filament is driven through a hot end at 200 to 280 degrees and deposited along a computed path. Each layer fuses to the one below while still soft, which is why orientation matters so much: an FDM part is meaningfully stronger across layers than through them. We choose orientation for load path first and cosmetics second, then compensate for the cosmetics in finishing.

Resin Printing
A UV screen cures liquid photopolymer one cross-section at a time. When the detail matters more than the toughness, this is the process.
The build plate lifts out of a vat of photopolymer, curing a full layer with every exposure. Because resolution is set by pixel pitch rather than nozzle width, features far below half a millimetre resolve cleanly and the surface comes off the machine essentially smooth. The trade-off is a more brittle part and a mandatory wash-and-cure step before anything is usable.

High Detail Printing
Sub-0.1 mm features, engraved lettering and textures that survive a coat of primer. A configuration rather than a separate machine.
Fine work is a combination of the right process, a small nozzle or low layer height, slower speeds and hand-placed supports. We reserve a dedicated calibration profile for it, because the settings that make a bracket print fast are exactly the settings that destroy a 0.4 mm engraved line.

Large Format
Objects up to 450 mm in a single piece, and effectively unlimited when sectioned, keyed and bonded properly.
Beyond the build envelope, the engineering shifts from printing to splitting. Parts are cut along planes that hide in the design, given interlocking keys so assembly is self-aligning, and bonded or hot-air welded. Done well, the seam disappears under finishing entirely, as our helmet and tower model work shows.
