Your Idea
Everything starts with intent. A sketch on paper, a photograph of a broken part, a CAD assembly or a paragraph describing what should exist. We work out what the object actually has to do before we work out how to print it.

02 / Geometry preparation
3D Model
The model is made watertight, correctly scaled and given the wall thicknesses and clearances the chosen process needs. Imported meshes are repaired; sketches become parametric CAD.

03 / Toolpath generation
Slicing
The model is oriented for strength and surface quality, then cut into layers. Supports are placed where they will not scar a visible face, and infill is chosen for how the part is loaded.

04 / Additive production
Printing
Material is deposited or cured layer by layer. Chamber temperature, flow and cooling are tuned per material, and long jobs are monitored so a failure at hour fourteen does not become a wasted day.

05 / Post-processing
Finishing
Supports removed, seams cleaned, surfaces sanded, primed or painted as specified. Resin parts are washed and UV-cured to full hardness before anything else happens to them.

06 / Inspection
Quality Check
Critical dimensions are measured with callipers or gauges against your drawing. Fit is checked on mating parts where supplied. The result is recorded against the order.

07 / Packing and dispatch
Delivery
Parts are packed to survive courier handling, with fragile geometry supported in foam. Tracking is issued the moment the parcel leaves, and the order page updates automatically.

Four things that speed everything up
None of these are requirements. All of them remove a round trip.

Send STEP or 3MF where you can
Both carry units unambiguously. Roughly half of all scaling problems are a millimetre model read as inches, and those two formats make that impossible.

Tell us the critical dimension
One measurement we must hit, and its tolerance. That single line changes orientation, layer height and often the material.
- 03
Send the mating part too
If the print has to fit something, send that geometry as well. Clearance is where prototypes fail, and it is trivial to check before printing.

No model is fine
A sketch, a photograph with a coin in frame for scale, or a written description. About a third of our jobs arrive without any CAD at all.
