Materials

What it is printed in

Our shortlist for this service, and why each one earns its place.

  • PETG

    Our default for parts that have a job to do. PETG keeps most of PLA's printability but adds real toughness, chemical resistance and a much higher service temperature.

  • ABS

    Impact-tolerant and heat-resistant, ABS is the choice when a part must survive an engine bay, a workshop or a vapour-smoothing pass for a moulded finish.

  • RESIN

    Where FDM layers stop being invisible, resin takes over. Cured layer by layer with UV light, it resolves sub-millimetre features with an injection-moulded surface quality.

How It Runs

From your file to your hands

The same six stages apply to every service. Nothing about this one is a black box.

  1. 01

    Upload

    Send your STL, OBJ, STEP or 3MF file.

    Drag the file straight into the quote form. No model yet? Send a sketch, a photograph or a dimensioned drawing and we will build one for you.

  2. 02

    Review

    Our team reviews your model and requirements.

    We check wall thickness, overhangs, tolerances and whether the geometry suits the process you have in mind, then come back with a quote and any changes worth making.

  3. 03

    Select

    Choose material, finish and colour.

    Twenty-plus materials across FDM and resin. We will recommend a shortlist based on how the part is loaded, where it lives and what it has to look like.

  4. 04

    Print

    Your model is produced using our 3D printers.

    Orientation, supports and slicing are set by hand for every job. You get a print start notification and can track progress from the order page.

  5. 05

    Quality Check

    Every order is inspected before delivery.

    Supports removed, surfaces checked, critical dimensions measured against your drawing. Anything outside tolerance is reprinted, not shipped.

  6. 06

    Deliver

    Your finished product reaches you.

    Packed to survive courier handling and dispatched across India, with local hand-delivery available in and around Madurai.
